Overview
Welcome to Sammy TV. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Hitsonu Ltd, trading as Sammy TV ("Sammy TV"), a company registered in Ireland (company number 796252) with its address in Co. Meath, C15 VX37, Ireland.
Sammy TV runs this website and the FTC by Sammy store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Sammy TV is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms, together with the policies they refer to (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), set out your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services or buy from us. By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
If you're buying as a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022. If anything in these Terms conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights win.
Section 1: Access and account
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old, or that you're using the Services with the consent of a parent or guardian.
To use the Services or buy from us, you may need to give us information such as your email address, billing, payment and delivery details. You confirm that the information you give us is correct, current and complete.
You're responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell or license your account to anyone else.
Section 2: Our products
Every FTC by Sammy piece is printed to order. We've made every effort to show our products accurately, but colours and appearance can look slightly different depending on your screen and device settings.
We may change product descriptions, discontinue products or limit the quantities we sell to any person or region. This doesn't affect your rights if a product you receive is faulty or not as described.
Section 3: Orders
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll email you to confirm we've received it. A contract between you and us is formed when we confirm your order has been accepted. We must receive your payment before we accept your order.
We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable, there's an error in the price or description, or we suspect fraud. If we decline or cancel an order, we'll let you know using the contact details you gave us and refund anything you've paid in full.
Because every piece is printed to order, we may not be able to change an order once it has gone into production. This doesn't affect your right to cancel and return items within 14 days of delivery, as explained in our Refund Policy.
Our products are sold for your own personal use and not for resale.
Section 4: Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order, as set out in your order confirmation email.
Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. Our Shipping Policy explains how these work.
Prices, discounts and promotions can change, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted. Promotions may have their own terms. If a promotion's terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion's terms apply to that promotion.
You agree to give us current, complete and accurate payment and account information, and confirm that you're authorised to use the payment method you choose.
Section 5: Delivery
Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. They're estimates, but unless we agree otherwise, we'll deliver your order within 30 days of accepting it. If we can't, we'll let you know and you can cancel for a full refund.
Your order becomes your responsibility once it's delivered to you, or to someone you've asked us to deliver it to. Ownership passes to you once we've received full payment.
Section 6: Intellectual property
The Services, including all trademarks, brands, designs, text, images, graphics, video and audio, and the way they're arranged, are owned by Sammy TV, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by Irish, EU and international intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, distribute, change, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Services without our written permission, except as the law allows.
Sammy TV's names, logos, product names, designs and slogans, including FTC by Sammy, are trademarks of Sammy TV or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use them without our written permission. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos and trademarks on the Services belong to their respective owners.
Section 7: Optional tools
We may give you access to tools provided by third parties, which we don't monitor or control. These tools are provided as they are, and your use of them is at your own discretion. You should make sure you're happy with the terms the third party provides them under.
Any new features or tools we add to the Services in future are also covered by these Terms.
Section 8: Third-party links
The Services may include links to, or content from, websites run by third parties, such as YouTube, Instagram and Spotify. We're not responsible for their content or for any products or services you buy from them. Please read their terms and policies before you use them, and direct any questions or complaints about them to the third party.
Section 9: Relationship with Shopify
Sammy TV is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Sammy TV. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Sammy TV, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Sammy TV.
Section 10: Privacy
All personal information we collect through the Services is covered by our Privacy Policy, and some may also be covered by Shopify's Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your use of the Services to provide and improve them. Information you submit may be shared with Shopify and other third parties, which may be located in other countries, in order to provide the Services to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we, Shopify and our partners use your personal information.
Section 11: Feedback and reviews
If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews or other content ("Feedback"), you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish and display it to run, improve and promote the Services.
You confirm that your Feedback is your own, is accurate, doesn't break anyone else's rights, and isn't unlawful, abusive, defamatory or obscene. You must not use a false email address or pretend to be someone else. We may, but don't have to, remove Feedback that breaks these Terms.
Section 12: Errors and inaccuracies
Occasionally the Services may contain errors in product descriptions, prices, promotions, delivery charges, delivery times or availability. We'll correct any errors as soon as we can. If there's an obvious error in the price or description of something you've ordered, we'll contact you and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Section 13: Prohibited uses
You may only use the Services lawfully. You must not use them:
- for any unlawful or malicious purpose, or in breach of any law or regulation;
- to infringe our intellectual property rights or anyone else's;
- to harass, abuse, defame or harm anyone, including our team;
- to send false or misleading information, spam or unsolicited advertising;
- to impersonate any person or organisation; or
- in any way that could harm Sammy TV, Shopify or other users, or stop anyone else using the Services.
You also must not upload viruses or malicious code; copy, resell or exploit any part of the Services; collect other people's personal information; use robots, scrapers, AI tools (such as agentic AI) or other automated means to access the Services; or get around any security or access measures we use.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms.
Section 14: Agents
14.1 This section ("Agent Terms") applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use, or interact with any Services. "Agent" means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity and that can be executed on behalf of or using a person's device, without direct supervision.
14.2 No Agent may access, use, or interact with Services unless, at all times, it identifies itself and operates in strict accordance with the requirements in section 14.4 below. In addition, no Agent may access, use, or interact with Services if we have requested that the Agent refrain from accessing, using, or interacting with any service.
14.3 We may limit, including by technical measures, whether and how any Agent accesses, uses, and interacts with Services.
14.4 Agents must: (i) in all HTTP/HTTPS requests, identify that the request is from an Agent and disclose the name of the Agent by including the following in the request's user agent string: "Agent/[agent name]"; (ii) not conceal or obfuscate that any access, use, or interactions are from an Agent, such as by (a) mimicking human behaviour and interaction patterns, or (b) completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or measures intended to distinguish computer use from humans; (iii) respond truthfully to any question or prompt seeking to determine if interactions are coming from a human or a computer; and (iv) not circumvent or otherwise avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify, or control whether and how Agents access, use, or interact with the Services.
Section 15: Ending these Terms
We may end your access to the Services if you break these Terms. You'll still need to pay for anything you've ordered. Any part of these Terms that by its nature should continue after that, such as intellectual property, liability and governing law, will continue to apply.
Section 16: Our responsibility for products
We're legally required to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your rights if they're not are set out in our Refund Policy and protected by law.
Information on the Services, other than product information, is provided for general information only. We try to keep the Services available and secure, but can't promise they'll always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Section 17: Limitation of liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable.
Our products are for domestic and private use. We're not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
Section 18: Your responsibility
If you break these Terms or the law when using the Services, you're responsible for any loss we suffer as a direct result, to the extent the law allows.
Section 19: Severability
If a court decides any part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the rest will still apply.
Section 20: Waiver and entire agreement
If we don't enforce any part of these Terms straight away, we can still enforce it later. These Terms, and the policies we refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the Services. If there's any doubt about what a term means, the meaning most favourable to you will apply.
Section 21: Transferring these Terms
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission. We may transfer ours to another organisation. If we do, we'll let you know, and it won't affect your rights under these Terms.
Section 22: Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@sammytv.media and we'll do our best to sort it out.
You can bring legal proceedings in the Irish courts. If you live elsewhere in the EU or in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in the courts where you live, and you keep the protection of the consumer laws of that country.

Headings are for convenience only and don't affect the meaning of these Terms.
Section 24: Changes to these Terms
You can read the latest version of these Terms on this page at any time. We may update them from time to time, and we'll let you know about any significant changes as the law requires. The Terms in place when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
